Manic episodes are phases of extreme joy and happiness. Depressive episodes are phases where the person feels tired and sluggish.

Signs of bipolar depression are irritability, fatigue or loss of energy, sleeping issues, feelings of worthlessness, and sluggishness. • There is no permanent cure for bipolar disorder but there are several medicines that can be issued by a psychiatrist.
