Case #2: AT • Keratometry: OD 40.50 / 43.50 @ 82 OS 41.75 / 42.75 @ 105 • Refraction: OD +4.00 -3.75 x 167 OS +2.75 -1.25 x 13 • Right lens BST – Optimum Extra (n = 1.431 = 28% over-correction = 3.84 D) 40.25 (8.33) / +4.50 / 9.4 42.75 (7.89) 20/25, OR -0.25 DS • Left lens spherical 41.75 (8.08) / +2.75 / 9.4 20/25, OR -0.25 -0.50 x 15 • Lens fit: Lid attachment with apical alignment and spherical fluorescein patterns, good comfort, less redness towards the end of the day
