  17. Success Program Cash Awards In 2009 we introduced the Success Program cash awards. These awards were above and beyond our standard commission plan. To achieve these special cash awards each IPC needed to achieve the new Title using the personal paid as qualification. For example, to receive the success program cash award at the pearl position. You must have 24,000 qv6 as well as three personally sponsored Jades in order to qualify. The reward for qualifying as a personal paid as pearl is $1,000
