  6. Arrival & Dismissal cont. As we look to continuously improve dismissal procedures, we are implementing the following transportation change procedures. Phone calls or emails to the classroom teachers may be missed due to classroom instructional time. In order to prevent missed messages, we are requiring that all transportation changes come through the front office. Transportation Change Information: • If it is necessary to change your child’s mode of transportation, a written note or phone call to the front office from the parent/guardian is required. A verbal message from a student to a teacher is not sufficient. • If it becomes necessary to change your child’s mode of transportation during the school day, please call the front office at 281-641-3400 before 2:45 pm. • Calls after 2:45 pm may not be received before dismissal. • Due to safety precautions, students cannot be checked out after 2:45 pm. Thank you for your continued support, FCE Administration

  7. Biker/Walker ***NEW THIS YEAR*** • No bikes are allowed past the gates. When a parent or sibling comes to get his/her student from the pavilion, they must leave their own bikes parked outside of the gate. • When the parent or sibling comes to get the student, they must wait until all students are sitting in a line, show the teacher on duty the walker/biker tag & then the child may leave. • The above policy is being implemented for the safety of all students. :)
