  2. What I am doing User guides and making the work place more organized with a folder system for their properties

  3. Main Folder

  4. There are 150 properties • As well as making an instruction manual for how to use this folder system I need to make a guide to update it

  5. Updating the system is a difficult process because to update it, the person needs to know how to use a GIS system

  6. This type of system that was created is good because it allows the company to keep all their properties organized in a manner that allows for easy searching

  7. After it is all said and done they will be able to they will be able to handle any situations that arise because they will have a reference on how to rebuild what I have built

  8. The closing note • This project has lead to them asking me to come back and work for them after classes end this summer.
