Zerex Asian vs. OEM’s Asian Formulations ----------Inhibitors---------- • Zerex has a different composition and different color that does not meet any Asian OE requirements • Their claims and formulations do not match up • High phosphate formula: OEMs no longer use that technology because of the dangerous effects on aluminum components within the cooling system

Consumer expect to pay more for the OE DEX-COOL formula – they are not price shopping this product ZerexAsian Vehicle Antifreeze: There are a variety of Asian factory fill AF, all of which are organic acid, low phosphate based coolants ZerexAsian Vehicle AF is high phosphate technology not being used as current factory fill at the Asian OEMs because of the dangerous effects it has on aluminum components in today’s modern day engines ZerexG-05™ Antifreeze: G-05™ is not currently approved as Factory Fill for Ford or Chrysler Ford and Chrysler moved away from the G-05 and similar technology because of the issues they were having in today’s vehicle designs PENTOFROST Asian A1-A4 Antifreeze: Similar formula but dyed Pink, Blue, Green and Pink. Long Life OAT, Phosphated, nitrated fluids with small differences in organic acids and azoles.
