Steven DeCillis, Oxford, North Carolina. Steven was born and raised in New Jersey, and had lived in the state all his life, until he went to graduate school. Steven DeCillis moved to North Carolina in order to attend graduate school at UNC Chapel hill, in order to further his education in business and business administration. Steven DeCillis now resides in Oxford, North Carolina with his wife, Whitney and their son, Thomas Matthew DeCillis. Steven DeCillis and his family enjoy attending UNC Sporting events, trips to the beach, and being active in their church, New Hope, located in Durham, North Carolina.
