  2. Kenya Catherine Ndereba Catherine Ndereba was born on July 21, 1972. She’s one of Kenya’s fastest female runner. She runs marathons very quickly. She won a silver medal in the 2004 Olympics and a gold medal in the World Championships in 2007. When she isn’t running, she likes staying at home with her husband and playing with their daughter, Jane.

  3. Paul Tergat Paul Tergat is one of the fastest men in the world. He comes from Kenya. He was born on June 17, 1969. He won the New York City Marathon in 2005. There were 17 children in his family and they were very poor. Now, he works hard to help poor and hungry children in Africa and around the world.

  4. Dennis Oliech Dennis Oliech was born on February 2,1985. He’s from Nairobi, Kenya. He’s a soccer player. First he played for Kenya, but now he plays in France. He played in the African Cup in 2004.He reportedly enjoys playing soccer and buying fast cars.

  5. Switzerland Shopping in Switzerland is fantastic. There are street markets, small stores, and shopping malls in all of the cities and towns. Most stores are open from 9 am to 6:30 pm from Monday to Saturday.

  6. Switzerland Shopping in Switzerland Switzerland is famous for the most beautiful watches and clocks in the world. Visit the famous Rolex store in Geneva. Many watch stores also sell wonderful but expensive necklaces and other jewelry.

  7. There are many Swiss cheeses to buy. They use cow’s milk to make them and they taste delicious cold or hot in a fondue.

  8. Swiss chocolate is a delicious gift. Toblerone chocolate is famous all over the world. It looks different and tastes different from other chocolate. Look for the triangular box with the Swiss mountain (the Matterhorn) on it.

  9. Other gifts are fondue sets, bags, and shoes. And young children love traditional Swiss toys and beautiful colored pencils.
