Conclusions A significant degree of both static and rotational cyclotorsion occurs in eyes undergoing myopic refractive surgery. The newly FDA approved static and active tracking system on the Technolas 217z excimer provides safe and accurate outcomes for the treatment of both moderate and high amounts of refractive astigmatism, for both wavefront driven and standard excimer treatments.
