The RCE communications strategy should be based on this premise......The rapid transformation of Our World in the next couple of decades......Go renewable, go local, conserve, innovate, invest, promote collective action, support positive transitions
We need to make an immense effort, from today, to break out from business as usual
So far, we have 55 Regional Centres of Expertise(at this rate, there could be nearly 200 by the end of the Decade)If there are 50 people associated with each RCE, then by 2014, we will have reached 10,000 people.But if there are 10,000 associated with each RCE, we will have reached 2 million.Is that good enough?
