VENTURE DESCRIPTION: Services Option #1 • 14’ Truck (We Supply) • 2 Movers • Full Coverage Insurance • Ropes/Straps/Tie Downs • Basic Tools for Assembly • Boxes/Tape/Blankets Option #2 • Truck (customer provided) • 2 movers • Full Coverage Insurance • Ropes/Straps/Tie Downs • Basic Tools for Assembly • Boxes/Tape/Blankets $80/hour – minimum 2 hours $15 fuel charge $45 each additional hour (prorated in 20 minute increments) $120 flat rate for first 2 hours $45 each additional hour (prorated in 20 minute increments)

MARKETING PLAN • Flyers and Posters – printed with campus supplies as well as Uprint • Distribution Channels (Apartment complexes, apartment fairs, etc.) Forecast: Currently anticipating at least 2 moves per day, during the Friday through Sunday business days, with most customers choosing option #1. This will generate $320.00 minimum We plan to limit our advertising budget of no more than 10% of our profit per month.

  5. Max U-Haul cost of $97.35 + gas each day per truck for twelve hours of service. We estimate the us of $25 in supplies per day which will equate to $75 per weekend and $300 per month. We anticipate four moves per day with customers choosing Option #1,thus our current earnings projections per day will be about $700, with net profits of $525 per dayafter the deduction of cost of UHAUL and supplies. $1,575 earned each business weekend
