Solid Rock - My Hope and Trust in Christ

My hope is built on nothing less than Jesus' blood and righteousness. I stand on the solid rock of Christ, where all other ground is sinking sand. Resting on His grace and anchored in His name, I find hope and trust in Him.

  2. عليـك ياصخـر الأزل ألقـي رجائـي والآمـلألقـي رجـائـي والآمـل On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand;All other ground is sinking sand,All other ground is sinking sand.

  3. لن تحجب الظـّلمات عن عيـني محيـّـاه الصـّبيحفنعمـة الـرّب العلــيتجلو لـي الحق الصـّـريح When darkness veils His lovely face,I rest on His unchanging grace;In every high and stormy gale,My anchor holds within the veil.

  4. عليـك ياصخـر الأزل ألقـي رجائـي والآمـلألقـي رجـائـي والآمـل On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand;All other ground is sinking sand,All other ground is sinking sand.

  5. في عهده المختـوم بالـــدّم الثميـن لـي الرّجـاء أن تعصـف الأنـواء حولـي لاأخـاف اللّـججا His oath, His covenant, His bloodSupport me in the whelming flood;When all around my soul gives way,He then is all my hope and stay.

  7. وحين يأتي الـرّب في الأمجادفي اليوم الأخير أبـدو لديـه طاهــرآبثـوب برّه المنير When He shall come with trumpet sound,Oh, may I then in Him be found;Dressed in His righteousness alone,Faultless to stand before the throne.
