Has it been released? Is it in beta? Yes its been released but was pulled! 6.1 put back due to bugs with helpdesk and remote sites/agents! Patch coming real soon!
HelpDesk Tech • Only see tickets assigned to them compared to admin where they can see all tickets
Hourly rates per person • You can now set different rates for your different techs so if your helpdesk tech fixes and issue you can charge it out less than the DBA
SLA Alerts • Alerts and emails when tickets go stale so you can ensure everyone is getting the help they need in the time they deserve
Revamped Custom Groups • There are now more options when creating custom groups, they are now more dynamic and allow you to highlight and find the devices important to you!
Auto-suggested knowledge base • When users start to enter the ticket summary in the portal Spiceworks will now try to automagically find related help topics in your knowledge base
Highlight cloud services that matter to you • Got lots of false positive cloud services? Now you can set some of them to be ignored for smarter results.
Single Sign On for the portal • Do your users find it hard to use the portal? Well Spiceworks have made it easier with Single Sign On so they don't need to remember their credentials everytime.
nCirclePureCloud Risk plugin • Brand new plugin made by nCircle to keep you in the loop about security risks and also scan for vulnerabilities from your dashboard.
Update to Spiceworks Mobile • Edit and view ticket and device associations to people • Edit custom attributes in your inventory • View active directory and location data on people • Speed up your day with performance improvements on Android
