  1. 2000 Population Census Data(exclusively distributed by the China Data Center) New Releases: (1) The Completed Collection of National and Provincial Population Census Data Assembly The “Collection” includes all 32 China 2000 population census data assemblies with about 14,200 tables, which provide extensive coverage at national, provincial, city and county levels. All data tables are available in Excel files in English and Chinese on the CD/DVD product. (2) The 2000 Population and Socioeconomic Indicators with the County Map The CD includes 2000 county boundary GIS map and several other GIS maps in Shape files. There are about 200 variables integrated with the county map, including 179 population variables from 2000 census for counties and urban cities and 31 socioeconomic variables for each county. (3) The 2000 Population Census Data with the Province Map The CD includes 2000 provincial boundary GIS map and several other GIS maps in Shape files. There are about more than 5000 variables integrated with the provincial map. Coming soon …. • The Completed Collection of County/City Population Census Data Assembly The “Collection” includes China 2000 population census data assemblies for all counties and city districts of China with more than 5000 variables. • China Population by Township This CD/DVD product includes the township population data from 2000 population census with more than 2000 variables for each township.
