Cui se adreseaza? • 11G XE reprezinta un mediu de start pentru oricine doreste sa exploreze si sa invete tehnologiile Oracle, fara cost de licentiere • Dezvoltatorilor care doresc o baza de date pentru dezvoltare (PHP, Java, .NET, si alte tehnologii) • Integratorilor SW si HW care doresc o baza de date pe care sa o distribuie fara cost de licentiere • Institutiilor de invatamant precum si studentilor care au in curiculum cursuri de BD
