  3. Kick Start: • Watch the Snail clip on your Wikispace • What’s it got to do with time management? • Have you ever been in that type of situation, i.e. suddenly in a very big mess?

Discussion & Debate • Watch The Brian Tracy video on your Wikispace twice, then, • In a pair, summarise the whole clip into exactly 5 bullet points. • You have exactly 5 minutes to do this. • Share your 5 points with another pair and distil the 10 points into 3 essential ones. You have 5 minutes. • Share with the class as directed.

Impact & Actions • Apply Eat That Frog to your studying: • Write a complete list of everything you need to do • Label the As – those tasks for which the consequences of not doing them now are very serious • Label the Bs– those tasks for which the consequences of not doing them now are reasonably serious • Label the Cs – those tasks for which the consequences of not doing them now are not serious • Now number the As 1,2,3,4 etc. with A1 being the most pressing task. This is your ‘Frog’. Do it first. Do not be distracted by the nice and easy Cs
