The brand has been synonymous with some of the finest couturiers and craftsmen from the sub – continent. Likes of JJ Valaya, Jason Cherian , Anamika Khanna, Rohit Bal, Rohit Khosla, Tarun Tahiliani, Raghvendra Rathore and many more..   8. TERMS & CONDITIONS • Mode of Business: Consignment/Sales Or Return • Commercials: We are working on 2 business models: • Current season merchandise - will be discounted from 5-10% of the MRP. In this case styletag aims for 30- 40% margins on MRP. • Past season Merchandise: Such collections will be sold at attractive discounts to the end consumer ranging from about 20% -80% off. In this case styletag aims for 30-35% margins on Discounted MRPs. • Flat Mark-down system: Stock can be discounted flatly from 50-80%, where styletag has discretion to fix the selling prices on the website. • CST/Taxes/VAT are to the account of the brand/vendors. • Timelines – Total 15 - 20 days for blocking the merchandise • 5-10 days: E-catalog / LookBook shots. • 5- 7 days: for sale event . • 3 days : Dispatches of sold merchandise to Styletag.

TERMS & CONDITIONS CONTD.. • Product: • Samples are required in ‘S’ & ‘M’ sizes. • We are open to receiving all lines, which may include pieces across price ranges/styles/collections. • On receipt of the merchandise, we will have all the products professionally shot at our expense (the images will be our property) • Along with the pieces, we would like to receive a spec sheet consisting of all the product details, which include Style description, style code, color, size, material used, fit etc. • You would need to dispatch stocks with your delivery challan with our TIN No. 29430607432 to our Warehouse. • Logistics: • All freight charges from the Brand to styletag will be to the Brand’s account. This would also include the freight charges for dispatching samples to styletag’s premises for photo shoot. • We confirm that all of your stocks kept with us will be adequately covered for Insurance under fire and burglary policy
