  2. “Povestea celui de-al 2lea apel de proiecte”… 23 nov2009:deschiderea apelului! Primul pas 21 dec 2009:primul pas se închide. Începe evaluarea… 25 septembrie 2009:CM selectează cele mai bune Expresii de Interes care vor fi invitate în pasul al doilea 28 iun 2009:se deschide cel de-al doilea pas 7/10 sept 2009:apelul de proiecte este închis. Începe evaluarea… 15 dec 2010:CM aprobă proiectele! 24 martie 2011: 21 de proiecte au aprobarea finala 29 aprilie 2011: +5 proiecte pentru aprobare – (termen finalizare procedura)

Al 2lea apel - caracteristici • Procedură în “două etape” • Fonduri alocate: IPA şi FEDR • Introducerea regulii de flexibilitate de 10% pentru orice stat nemembru UE • Beneficiari eligibili: autorităţipublice, organisme de drept public şi persoane juridice de drept privat (non profit) • Apel de proiecte competitiv, deschis pentru toate priorităţile programului • 50 mil Euro ERDF/ 5.23 mil Euro IPA • Buget FEDR proiecte aprobate: 43.48 mil euro • Buget IPA aprobat: 3.67 mil euro
