  3. Review of Measurement: • On a ruler, where do you start measuring? • On the first line! • What “units” do we use when we measure length in science? • Meters (centimeters, millimeters) • What is the system called that we use? • The metric system.

  6. In your Notes section: • Write down information on each medicine. • Write down the “warnings” and questions you would need to ask Sam before you give him the medicine. • As a group, pick a medicine for Sam to take.

  7. What types of information are on the medication labels? • How much medicine you should take. • The possible side effects of the medicine. • Keep out of reach of children. • If there is an overdose, what to do. • Do not take if you have certain allergies.
