Levels of importance, satisfaction and accessibility vary by place where people participate Implications for Social Policy and Programs Local government officials could attend to those sites that are least accessible and most important when they budget for improvements in government buildings and for targeting enforcement of accessibility standards Area Chamber of Commerce could make local business aware of problems people with impairments report about participating at various sties Tourist organizations could alert attractions to the feedback they received on the physical and social receptivity of their sites.
