  2. Gaya Pengambilan Keputusan • Gaya pemecahan masalah: dikelompokkan ke dalam dua demensi: • Timing dan Analisis: • Timing : reactive style dan anticipatory style • Analisis: reflective dan impulsive

Kombinasi Gaya Pengambilan Keputusan • Reactive-reflective = cepat dan dipikir-pikir • Anticipatory-impulsive = waktu lama dan tidak berpikir cermat • Extinct by instinct = cepat dan tidak akurat, padam oleh insting  gunakan insting • Paralysis by analysis=analisis masalah yang tergesa-gesa agar dapat segera diselesaikan, analisis yg lumpuh, tidak tersedia cukup waktu • Burning bridges a head of you=jump to conclusion , namun masih sempat melihat apa yang kelak akan dihadapinya • Premature panic = tidak efektif dan prematur • Creative procrastination = efektif, cukup waktu untuk mengambil keputusan , mampu menentukan waktu yang diperlukan , energi yang diperlukan, pemikiran yang akan terlibat , dead line, terbuka dan siaga akan segala kemungkinan , sadar kapan dan bagaimana , proper action
