Technology Transfer Two Definitions; Two Goals … • Focus on Army Customers – The process by which we identify, plan, develop, and infuse technology solutions into use by our Army customers in support of their daily operations. • Focus on External Customers -- The process by which knowledge, expertise, and technology developed in Federal R&D laboratories or centers are made available for fulfillment of other public or private needs. Partnering is a Critical Resource Multiplier to Achieve Both Goals
