Company PresentationWorkshop on MALTA Pink GmbH Energie- und Speichertechnik Werner Pink 05.11.2009
Company data (1) • Established 1989 by Hubert Pink • Family-owned SME • Certified welding company according HP0 / DIN EN 729-3 • Production-focus on tanks and vessels made of both carbon and stainless steel • Wholesale of tanks and solar-thermal systems • Engineering department • Research and development in energy-storage and absorption cooling - technology
Company data (2) Employees Turnover [1.000 EUR]
Storage-Tank production-program • Stainless steel boilers • Stratified solar energy storage tanks • Combined energy storage tanks • Energy storage tanks • Standard boilers • 20 to 35.000 Litres! • Maximum flexibilitydue to own production site!
Thermal solar system „Pink-Solar-System“ High efficient solar system for • Room heating • Domestic hot water • Low-Flow-system • Big-module flat plate collectors • Stratified solar energy storage tank • Fresh domestic hot water production
Own development of a special calculation-software for heating-networks Heating-network engineering
Research, Development an production of Absorption cooling machines up to app. 20kW cooling power Working-solution Water/Ammonia Cold out of hot water! Runs with hot water from Solar District heat Waste heat Biomass Engineering, Sales and Service of complete thermal driven systems up to 105 kW cooling power (in cooperation with SolarNext) Wide research activities on relevant machine-components (f.ex. Heat exchangers), system-components (f.ex. Recooling), hydraulics and control strategies with national and international partners. Absorption cooling technology (1)

Thermally driven cooling Thermally driven cooling! Why?
Harmful refrigerants (climate change) Electric energy consumption CO2-emissions Black Out Grid overload Effects of compression cooling technology Electric driven compression chiller
Driven by heat Environmentally friendly refrigerants Low electric energy consumption Low CO2-emissions from power processes Low grid load Thermally driven cooling as an alternative Ab-/Adsorptionchiller
