Motioning We’ll say who (Z, F, T, Y or X) we want to go in motion, followed by where they should be at the snap.
Motioning • Rules: • Before the motioning player moves he must: • 1) Be off the line of scrimmage • 2) Be sure all players are ‘set’ for 1 full second • Smoothly begin his motion (do not jerk) • Be moving parallel to or away from the line at the snap • Square up your shoulders to the line of scrimmage by shuffling for the last 2 steps

Motioning IMPORTANT- To motion the Y or X: 1) Z must line up on the line 2) Y/X must first step off the line and pause for 1 full second before going in motion

Motioning Returning Motion Lastly, if we want to motion and return back to our original spot, we’ll use the word ‘Echo’
