Any issues, questions, or concerns can be voiced through text/email at anytime, day or night. I became a peer mentor for the simple reason of helping freshman engineers, not only succeed in an educational standpoint, but in combining the school part with a social life (yes it is possible!), jobs, sports, and any other aspects of college.
