  2. Registrations Registrations Inspector will verify that siting criteria have been met – through a site visit Registration submitted to Ohio EPA-Central Office Scanned and sent to District Office inspector for review

  28. Compost Issues for 2012 • Date reports were due switched from April 1st to February 1st • New plan view drawing rule for Class IV facilities • 25% Removal Rule

  29. 25% Removal Rule • 3745-560-(110, 210, 310 & 410) Operational requirements for class (I, II, III & IV) composting facilities. • (E) Authorized materials management. The owner or operator shall distribute compost product at a minimum rate of one fourth the amount of material received the previous calendar year.
