  3. Impeller The highly efficient spiral impeller with true helical pitching and swinging was developed by Galaxyprocess for side entry mixer. Several years of research on fluid dynamics have been rewarded with a technically advanced turbine design with a large blade area offering optimal cavitation-free priming conditions favoring maximum pumping rate and transfer for any installed power. Each impeller is precision molded as a one-piece component, eliminating adjustment variations and welding problems commonly associated with alternative designs.
