ILT joins Staff Development and new Professional Development Centre Training becomes more coordinated) ILT Champions confident and routinely share practice support CPD 57 IWBs (Aug 2006) + increase to fixed MMP (Level 1) 2005 Teacher Training: Trainers’ beginning to model the use of ILT in their practice Teacher Training: ILT introduced to new members of staff (ad hoc) ‘Sceptics to Advocates’ Addition of 15 IWBs (16Jan05) / gyromice and keyboards Evolution Addition of 18 fixed data projectors (Dec05) Demand for AV/MM often outstripping supply 2004 Indications that ILT improves results (CPS) Introduction of Portable Equipment 20 ILT Champion ‘volunteers’ established: organised and upskilling begins ILT high on the agenda (ILT a Strategic Objective initiated and supported by SMT) Keith Burnett 11th October 2006
