  2. Susan Jordan (Norton MA) is a diligent and a resourceful teacher. She earned a degree in Bachelor's of Elementary Education K-5 and later pursued Master's of Special Education, Moderate Disabilities K-8 from Bridgewater State University. She has also worked at Bridgewater Raynham School District as a substitute teacher.

  3. Susan Jordan (Norton MA) has been a Grade 4 Special Educator for 5 years. She has taught students in an inclusion classroom setting and modified curriculum for individual students. She has also co-taught engaging lessons with regular education teachers.

  4. Presently, she is a Grade 4 school teacher at Joseph C. Chamberlain Elementary School. She teaches all academics for up to 28 students according to the MA curriculum frameworks. She also plans engaging lessons and collaborates with her 4th-grade team on planning, pacing and student growth.
