YES Maybe (not necessarily) Able to fit in your pocket Has access to the internet Has a display screen with touch input and/or a miniature keyboard A small handheld computing device typically weighing less than 2 pounds. Has to be able to fit in your hand while using it Has processing capability Has to have a user interface for inputs

First Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), touch screen, stylus, widely panned, largely considered to be before its time
