Bi-Regional Advisory Committee Roles and Responsibilities • The Bi-Regional Advisory Committee will meet on a quarterly basis. The meetings will be via either, face-to-face, conference calls, web cam or a classroom teleconferencing format during the first and second year of the project. During years three through five the Advisory Committee will meet on a bi-annual or as-needed basis
Bi-Regional Advisory Committee • Roles and Responsibilities • Work with the MPCWIC team on revising and finalizing • plans for outreach • Assist with planning the two regional forums to be held • in April 2009 • Attend the regional forum meetings: • Region 6 April 14-16, 2009 Arlington, TX • Region 8 April 27-29, 2009 Denver, CO
Bi-Regional Advisory Committee • Roles and Responsibilities • Provide peer to peer networking consultation • Assist in soliciting and selecting applications • Assist in application review and selection of projects • Assist in the development and review of project evaluations
Bi-Regional Advisory Committee Subcommittees Members will be invited to serve on one of the following subcommittees based on preference and expertise • “Peer to Peer Networking” • “Regional Forum” • “Implementation Projects” • “Evaluation”
