  2. 5 reasons to join NAPR Services, Inc. Candidate Sourcing Program • Online physician response. Doctors have the convenience of providing their information to YOU via NAPR’s web portal (NAPR.org, NAPRJOBS.com, and NAPRe-jobs (specialty abbreviation).com. These sites are designed exclusively for the use of physicians to respond to our candidate sourcing program, advertising your job opportunities. • Online job posting. Present your jobs to the key audience in your specialties. Each participating member can post and update their jobs an UNLIMITED number of times. • Quality low cost mailers and broadcast emails. A small investment for large mailers and broadcast emails that target doctors within the really hot specialties. • We do all the work and you get the results. Members who participate in the program can retrieve physician data LIVE from the main NAPR.org site through a searchable database. • Great return on your investment. With our limited number of participants sharing in the results, there will be little competition for these candidates.

  3. PROGRAM DETAILS • DIRECT MAIL TO RESIDENTS and FELLOWS • 50,000 PIECES MAILED. We will mail to all residents and fellows twice throughout the year prior to the completion of their training program. $4,000 annual subscription cost or payment plan of only $400/month for 10 months.

  4. DIRECT MAIL TO RELOCATING DOCTORS • 20,000 direct mail to doctors who told us they are considering another practice. $4,000 for the entire 20,000 mailers. Members may choose each month based on specialties they want to participate. The cost to mail to 5,000 physicians each month is $1,000.

  5. EMAIL BLAST • 6,000 monthly emails to key specialties and primary care. NAPR sends a professionally designed e-mail message directing physicians to an exclusive website with participating member’s opportunities for a specific specialty. The cost for each email broadcast is $300 or $3,000 for 10 specialties.

  6. SPECIAL INCENTIVE STAR PROGRAM • Buy all three programs (Residents/Fellows mailer, 4 “Willing to Relocate” Mailing Programs, and 10 Email Blast programs) at a discounted price of $6,000. Total cost if purchase separately is $11,000, saving you $5,000. • In addition, for you as a STAR program participant, we will be contacting Residency and Fellowship Directors and encourage them to direct their trainees to the website containing jobs listed by the STAR program’s participants.

  7. DIRECT MAIL TO PRACTICING DOCTORS • We will mail to 5,000 physicians per month in 10 different hot specialties. Members can choose which specialty they want to participate. The cost to mail to 5,000 physicians in each specialty is $750.

  8. NAPR Services, Inc.Candidate Sourcing Programs Frequently asked questions • Who can participate in the NAPR Candidate Sourcing Program? Only NAPR Active Members can participate. Members must be current on their dues payment and have submitted their signed Candidate Sourcing Program Agreement contract. • How is the mailer and email broadcast service program differing from the “World Job Bank”? The mailer and email broadcast programs targets specific specialties. Specialty programs are done through cooperative participation of members. Members pool-in for a specific specialty and NAPR Services is providing to do the program as a service to them. • I’m a subscriber of the NAPR “World Job Bank” and want to participate in a specialty mailer program. Will I have to enter my job opportunity twice? No! Job opportunities on a specific specialty are automatically copied to the website for that specific specialty.

  9. NAPR Services, Inc.Candidate Sourcing Programs • I’m not a subscriber of the NAPR “World Job Bank” but want to participate in the mailer or email blast program. How do I post my jobs? Participants will receive a confirmation letter for their participation in the program. Included are instructions onhow to post jobs and retrieval of future physician responses. • I have a bulk of job opportunities and will find it hard to post individually. Can NAPR Headquarters post it for me? Yes! Submit your bulk jobs in a word document or excel format and you will be notified when those jobs are posted. • How long are my jobs posted? Mailer program websites (NAPRJOBS.com) will be active for 12 months. Email broadcast specialty websites will be active for 6 months.

An automatic email notification will be sent out to all participating members once a doctor responds. • Can a doctor directly respond to my job opportunities and contact me? Yes! All information of participating member (organization name, address, phone/fax number, and email address) will be displayed. • We only target certain specialties and want to do the Residents/Fellows mailing program. Can we participate on a month to month basis? No! Residents/Fellows mailing program is a subscription program. You have to subscribe for 10 months.

  11. NAPR Services, Inc.Candidate Sourcing Programs • What is the response rate of the program? Response rate varies from less than 1% to 3%. An email broadcast to a certain specialty with 6,000 email addresses may produce 50 to 60 candidate leads. • We are a small firm and can’t afford to pay up-front. Do you have payment options. Yes!
