  1. An Unexpected End S.Vaikundarajan expresses his sorrow on the unfortunate death of GopinathPandurangMunde

  2. “Born and brought up in a farmers family, ShriGopinathPandurandMunde had made his way up as a successful Minister after doing intense hardwork” says S.Vaikundarajan expressing his sorrow on the big loss. He was a great friend, leader, brother-in-law, husband and father. A man true to his heart and words. http://vaikundarajans.wordpress.com

  3. His political career began when he met PramodMahajan, a friend, colleague and brother-in-law, and in 1971 he became a apart of BhartiyaJanta Party. He was sworn in as cabinet Minister for Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, Drinking Water and Sanitation last week, along with the rest of Prime Minister NarendraModi's cabinet. He was one of the BJP's top backward caste leaders and the BJP was reportedly actively considering naming him its candidate for the top job in the state.  http://vaikundarajanblog.blogspot.in

  4. Early on Tuesday morning when he was on his way to the Delhi Airportan Indica, which was in a very fast speed, crashed into his car. He had a heart attack after the crash and had no cardiac activity when he was brought to hospital. According to Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan he suffered cervical fractures and the oxygen to his brain and lungs may have been cut off. His liver was ruptured and he lost 1-2 liters of bloodin the acccident. http://vaikundarajans.wordpress.com

  5. For his party and family, this is a second tragedy. In 2006, MrMunde's brother-in-law PramodMahajan, a rising star in the BJP, was shot by his brother PravinMahajan. PramodMahajan had died 13 days later.
