JAMES "ROCKY" DALLAS GRAND COMMANDERY OF KNIGHT TEMPLAR WASHINGTON STATE AND JURISDICTION CERTIFICATE OF ELECTIONS The certificate of election of Officers in a Subordinate Commandery should be in the following form, and said Officers Cannot be recognized as members of this Grand Commandery until a proper certificate of election is filed in the Grand Recorder’s Office.
