  5. Leonardo da Vinci? • ‘other than tertiary level’ (MBO niveau) • Hoger onderwijs alleen als resultaat ten goede komt van MBO niveau (bv leraren opleiden) • ROCs, AOCs, maar ook training, bijscholing en organisaties die dit faciliteren
