Probability Taking Chances. I want to know.....What is PROBABILITY???. We use it in math to figure out what are the chances or the likelihood that a certain event will occur . There are likely events, unlikely events, and those that are in between. Likely Events. Squirrels.

  2. I want to know.....What is PROBABILITY??? • We use it in math to figure out what are the chances or the likelihood that a certain event will occur. • There are likely events, unlikely events, and those that are in between.

  5. Introducing... Here’s Dodi! Hi, my name is Dodi! I am going to take you on the journey of probability. Follow me along step by step and make sure you read everything I say very carefully!!!

  6. Outcomes • When you do an experiment you usually get an outcome. You can usually have more than one outcome. I think we should play a game so you know what I mean!

  7. Consider this... If you are trying to roll a six- what would that outcome look like if I wrote it as a fraction?

  8. Moving On… Okay! Now that I’ve taught you about probability I want you to watch my movie and answer some questions.
