ICWA 2019 Exam Dates, Application Form, Pattern, Syllabus ICWA is Institute ofcost and work accountant it is one of the leading financial institutes of India, this institute has contributed huge number of scholars to world of finance and business. The institute holds a good reputation as the best financial institute of India. The institute is the conducting body for CMA exam and the exam date for the year of 2019 is announced. The exam is scheduled twice a year i. e. in the month of June and December EXAM DATES The exam will be held from 12th of June and it will get over by 14th of June .The exam is divided into three sections namely, The Foundation, The Intermediate and The final exam. Application form The application form for foundation examinations has to be filled up online and the fees will be accepted online only. The students from overseas who are opting for the exam have to fill the form offline along with demand draft attached with this form. Students can log in for application form at the official website and should be ready with credit/debit card or through net banking to make fee payment. The Last date of submitting application form is 10th of April 2019. Pattern The CMA foundation examination will be conducted offline and all will be descriptive type that is with pen and paper mode only. Each Paper will be of 100 marks and duration will be 3 hours. ELIGIBILITY FOR EXAM FOUNDATION COURSE Candidate must be class 10 or equivalent from any recognized school or institution. A candidate should have passed the Senior secondary scheme from any board or any recognized central government or he/ she should pass the National diploma in commerce examination directed by the All India Council for Technical Education under the authority of All India Council, or diploma in Rural Service conducted by National Council of Higher Education. Students who are awaiting result can also apply and need not wait till the results are declared. INTERMEDIATE COURSE Candidate needs to pass the 12 grade exam and foundation course of Institute of cost accountant of India or Graduation in any discipline other than Fine arts/foundation i.e. foundation exam level 1 of institute of cost and work accountant and competency level 2 examination of the institute. Alternatively, should pass the foundation exam ICAI or the CMA intermediate exam of ICAI and the student whose result is awaited can also apply provisionally.
FINAL COURSE It is compulsory to pass the intermediate course. Graduation in any field but except Fine art or equivalent. Candidates who have passed all eight papers of CMA exam 2019 or intermediate course are eligible to apply for the CMA final examination. SYLLABUS Paper-1-Fundamentals of Economics and Managements Paper-2-Fundamentals of Accounting Paper -3-Fundamentals of Law and Ethics Paper -4-Fundamentals of Business Mathematics and Statistics. An aspiring candidate should always keep in mind that this is a professional course and clearing the written exam is not easy. It cannot happen by mugging up from the books. Students must follow a proper timetable and give 2-3 hours for each subject. Sometimes change the subject of the timetable so that it does not get bored for following the same schedule. There are a lot of CMA books online for reference available. Candidates must follow those study materials that is provided by the institution.
