Procedure How do you perform the antibody screen test? Tubes are placed in the incubator for a specified time. Tubes are placed in the centrifuge and spun for preset time (on right).
Procedure How do you perform the antibody screen test? Tubes are placed in the cell washer and washed 3-4 times with saline. AHG reagent is added to the dry cell button.
Test Results How do you interpret the results of antibody screen test? Grade the agglutination reaction in each tube and record the reactions.
