Project 1 Build a toy race car with an Aruduino, 2 pots, 2 motor, and 1~2 sensors • (40%) Remotely controlled to run through a set of obstacles. • (40%) Self driving along a predetermined track. • (20%) Self driving along an undisclosed track. • (10% bonus) If the cars can form a fleet and run along the undisclosed track together. • Competition time: March 14, 2014
Supplied: • Pots • DC motor & H-bridge • Optical detector • Use the materials found in machine shop (metal, plastic, nuts & bolts, etc.) and ECE storage (resisters, capacitors, wire, etc.) to make: • Chassis • Controller • You may chip in up to $10 worth parts by your own.
