  4. Required Fields in SCUPPS Found on SCUPPS Jobs Panel: Two Main Sections: • Primary Retirement Maintenance • Supplemental Retirement

  5. Required Fields in SCUPPS • Both Primary and Supplemental Retirement Codes are required for every employee job record number • Employees may have different primary retirement coverage in different job records: • Classified • Unclassified • No coverage

  6. Required Fields in SCUPPS Regular Retirement Maintenance: • Primary Retirement Code • Effective Date • Retirement Status Code All three fields for each Job Record

  7. Required Fields in SCUPPS Supplemental Retirement: • Supplemental Retirement Code • Effective Date • Deduction Code All three fields for each eligible Job Record Skip Deduction Code if not SRP eligible

  11. Lists & Helps for Coding SCUPPS Retirement Status Code: • Explains why the employee has this particular retirement fund coverage • Is used as a selection/exclusion parameter for a number of Hyperion queries

  24. Hyperion/BRIO Data Queries HR Human Resources Folder, HR Multiple Appointments Report: Now contains primary retirement codes for all assignments reported for any one individual

  25. TRA Reporting Queries • Reports HR Human Resources Folder • Subfolder: TRA Annual Year End Report • Reports Available are: • HR TRA Annual Year End Report Sorted by Name • HR TRA Phased Retirements • HR Unclassified Leaves of Absences
