  1. Teaching Europe at my school. Penny van Wolferen

  2. The way the lesson was organised: I gave the following assignment to a 1st class and a 2nd class. I had them work on computers to find the answers to these questions, so that they would learn more about the EU, by looking for it themselves. The 1st class was allowed to look for the answers in Dutch because most of the English on the website were too difficult for them. The 2nd class was only allowed to use the English version of the EU website.

  4. My conclusion. • The pupils knew quite a lot about the EU already • They were eager to learn more • They enjoyed looking things up on the computer
