Human Resources • Hiring/terminating • Employee relations – retirement plans, benefits, and social activities. • Research and Development • Invent and development new products to sell. • Finance • Payroll • Accounts Payables – pays the bills • Accounts Receivables – sends out the bill and collects (receives) what is owed to them. • Cost Accounting – projections, planning, and budgeting

Marketing • Promotes the products • Lets the people know about the products • Finds out if there is an interest through surveys and test sites • Sales • Gets the people to purchase the products • Advertising – • Creative people who work mostly with media (tv, Internet, billboards, radio, magazines) Advertising make the products appealing to the public to help sales work closely together
