Chronic Calcific Pancreatitis. History. 24 yrs, Male Recurrent pain in epigastrium and back for 1.5 yrs Evaluated by USG, MRCP suggestive of chronic calculous pancreatitis No h/o DM, Jaundice, GI bleed, GOO Patient planed for Frey’s procedure. MRCP. Pancreatic Duct. CBD. Gall bladder.

  2. History • 24 yrs, Male • Recurrent pain in epigastrium and back for 1.5 yrs • Evaluated by USG, MRCP suggestive of chronic calculous pancreatitis • No h/o DM, Jaundice, GI bleed, GOO • Patient planed for Frey’s procedure.

  3. MRCP Pancreatic Duct CBD Gall bladder Stone

  4. Exposure- lesser sac

  5. Stone Extraction

  6. Stone load

  7. Duct Clearance

  8. LPJ- post. layer

  9. LPJ- complete

  10. Post operative course • Uneventful course • No recurrent pain in follow up. • Follow up of 9 months shows no pain / endocrine/ exocrine insufficiency.
