Wrist Tape Begin with a thin layer of Pre-Wrap 1 Anchor Strip
Wrist Tape Support and Closure is basically all one continuous strip of tape Angle the tape slightly towards the hand and tape around the wrist in a smooth motion Overlap by about half
Wrist Tape When you reach the hand, angle the tape up go around through the thumb Watch for bulges or wrinkles here Pull the sides of the tape to straighten out wrinkles to avoid making it too tight
Wrist Tape Pinch the tape when pulling through the thumb to help avoid rubbing Pinch the down edge of the tape that will rub against the crease of the hand
Wrist Tape Circle down and go around the wrist once Follow the line that you just made and wrap the tape up through the hand again Remember to pinch!
Wrist Tape Tape back down the forearm The tape will angle slightly away from the hand on this pass This forms a slight X pattern against the original strips
Wrist Tape End over the anchor strip Check for feeling, warmth, and color – may want to check capillary bed refill
