Organization Charter Purpose of the Resources Office The Directorate Resources Office develops and executes the Directorate resources policies, plans and procedures as directed by the Center Chief Financial Officer and internal Directorate leaders.  The Office is responsible for coordinating with the appropriate functional managers to ensure compliance with policies and application of new techniques for effective utilization of resources.

Organization Functions Budget/Resources Management Primary Functions • Center Management & Operations Budget (CM&O) – Technical Capability • SMA Technical Authority – civil service labor and travel • Directorate, Division, and Branch Managers (15 FTEs) • Center Safety and Mission Assurance Officers (CSOs) (20 FTEs) • SMA Support – civil service labor and procurements • Resources, Institutional Support, IT, Secretarial support (18 FTEs) • Contractors providing support to Code 300, not directly traceable to projects (IT, Resources, GIDEP, ISO9100, Audit, supplies, software documentation, mission safety training… 31 contractors) • Approximately 50 line items funded and tracked monthly • CM&O Institutional Administration - civil service labor, travel and procurements • Resources Analysis Office (RAO) and non-SMA administrative functions (19 FTEs); RAO contractor support • Occupational Safety and Health (13FTEs and 11 contractors)
