Issues raised by stakeholders Community consultation • Consultation may unfairly highlight presence of NSPs • Potential for resistance from local communities • Will the decision to proceed with the scheme be affected? • Who are the key leads that weight/make this decision? • Objections to new NSP may come via planning routes
