Itinerary • April 10th • 6:00 am Buses Depart STES • 12:30 pm Lunch at Reagan Building (Meet Tour Guides) • 1:30 pm White House Exterior • 2:15 pm US Capitol Tour • 4:00 pm National Archives • 5:30 pm Dinner at National Place • 6:30 pm National Mall: Lincoln, Vietnam, Korean War, and Jefferson Memorials • 8:30 pm Check into Hotel

  3. Itinerary- Day 2 • April 11th • 7:00 am Breakfast and Checkout • 8:30 am FDR, World War II, MLK Jr. Memorials • 10:00 am National Air & Space Museum w/ Lunch, Museum of American History, Museum of Natural History • 3:00 pm Depart for Jacksonville • 9:00ish pm Arrive at STES

  4. Over Night • 4 Students to a room • 2 Chaperones in adjoining room • Capital Tours provides security on each floor that STES has rooms Student Room Chaperone Room Adjoining Door

  5. Price • Student Cost: $285 • Chaperone Cost: $285 - $315 • We get 1 chaperone per 10 students at the $285 price. All other chaperones are $315 • Based on Double Occupancy • $100 Deposit is due Jan. 7, 2014 • Trip is to be paid in full by Mar. 3rd, 2014 • STES will collect initial deposits • Capital Tours will take all other payments, information for this process will be forth coming

  6. What’s Included • Buses • Meals • Lunch and Dinner on the 10th • Breakfast and lunch on the 11th • Tour Guides while in Washington DC • Hotel Security for the night of the 10th • Group Picture at US Capitol • Insurance- liability, medical, hospital, dental, accidental death and dismemberment

  7. Other Information • A commitment letter will go home once we receive our contract from Capital Tours. The signed commitment letter and deposit will be due by Jan. 7th • Mr. Reed will be coming with us! • Any student that is disciplined twice with OSS will not be allowed to attend field trip • STES can not refund money paid

  8. Final Thoughts and Questions • We would like a committee of parents to head-up our fund raising activities. • Already have raised $750 • Please sign-up for fundraising committee if you are interested in helping • Questions?
