  4. CAP 101 Card • When you participate in a SAREX or actual mission you need to have and display a current 101 card • Needs to have been printed within past 30 days, or when ES qualifications have changed • Common problems: no photo, outdated card • Go to eServices, My Operations Qualifications, 101 card • Click on links to upload photo or print card

  5. Uploading ES Documents • You need to scan and upload copies of pertinent ES documents, such as: • ICS Certificates • Signed-off SQTRs • First Aid Certificates • Pilot Documents • This is a continuing problem; without proof of completion, ES quals/renewals/requals are being disapproved • Upload procedure: eServices>My Operations Qualifications>101 Card>View/Upload Documents

  9. Web Mission Information Reporting System (WMIRS) • Primarily of concern to pilots and van operators • If you’re operating a CAP A/C or vehicle under a mission number, you have to enter info in WMIRS • Common problems: • Incomplete information on WMIRS page or CAP Fm 104 (pilots) • Uploaded documents illegible or not properly annotated • Receipts for reimbursement not uploaded within 72 hours • CAP Fm 108 not submitted timely
