NEW PRODUCT- iPEEL iPeel – world’s first easy peel plastic casing for frankfurters and hot dogs; iPeel – has successfully passed the tests carried out by the Russian Consumer Safety Supervision Agency confirmed by the Test Report andthe Certificate of Conformity; iPeel – developed for production of frankfurters, hotdogs and wieners, minisausages, semi-smoked and raw smoked snacks as well as processed cheeses; iPeelmakes it possible to produceproducts with traditional organoleptic characteristicstypical forproducts in cellulose or collagen casings; iPeel- competitive prices and delivery terms in comparison with the analogues (cellulose easy peel casings).

Specific aspects of thermal processing of products in the iPEELcasing An example of thermal processing of products in the iPEEL casing The main differences of the thermal processing of products in the iPEELcasing are the following: • As opposedto«cellulose» or natural casings, the maximum permeability of the casing is achieved in a humid condition and at elevated temperatures. • It is preferable to use a combination of dry and wet smoking
