  3. SUPPLIES Three or Four 4 oz. round tin containers from The Container Store 8.5” x 11” adhesive paper by Avery, from Staples Variety of Herbs

  4. HERB BLEND COMBINATIONS • Poultry: Combine Thyme and Tarragon with dried, grated Lemon Peel • Classic French Seasoning; light, clean taste • Pork: Mix Sage and Thyme with Fennel Seed • “robust flavor boost” (sounds like Martha, doesn’t it?) • Beef: Mixed Rosemary and Oregano with Cracked Black Pepper • Mediterranean Herbs and Flavors • Stands up to red meat flavors

  5. DRY OUT THE HERBS FOR ONE WEEK…

  6. PREPPING THE BLENDS • Use a mortar and pestle to crush the herbs easily

  7. Put Dry Herbs in Tins Label lids with ingredients and date of mixing
